It integrates a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, and comprehensive protection features onto a single monolithic IC. Operating power is derived directly from the DRAIN pin, eliminating the need for external bias supplies. Its auto-restart circuit safely limits output power during fault conditions like short-circuits or open loops. This reduces component count and overall system-level load protection costs, making it an ideal solution for compact and reliable power conversion.
