This innovative IC eliminates the need for an optocoupler and secondary control circuitry, streamlining your power supply development. It employs a revolutionary control technique to deliver exceptionally tight output voltage and current regulation. The device intelligently compensates for transformer and internal parameter tolerances, alongside input voltage variations. Integrated within this monolithic IC is a robust 700V power MOSFET. It also features a novel ON/OFF control state machine, a high-voltage switched current source for self-biasing, and frequency jittering. Enhanced protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limit and hysteretic thermal shutdown circuitry. The LNK606PG ensures reliable and efficient performance for a wide range of applications.
