General Description
The IR2110 is a high-voltage, high-speed driver designed for power MOSFETs and IGBTs, featuring independent high-side and low-side output channels. Built using advanced HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies, it ensures robust monolithic performance. Its logic inputs support standard CMOS or LSTTL signals, operating down to 3.3V. The output stage includes a high-pulse current buffer to minimize cross-conduction, while matched propagation delays make it ideal for high-frequency applications. The floating high-side driver channel enables control of an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in configurations up to 500V or 600V.
