The VIPer22A is a monolithic Smart Power IC that integrates a current-mode PWM controller and a high-voltage power MOSFET in a single device. Designed for compact and cost-effective off-line power supply designs up to 20W, it provides high efficiency and reliable performance in flyback converter topologies. Ideal for AC-DC applications, it enables a simplified BOM with built-in protection features.
